A: We will NEVER share your information. Your personal information will not be shared with anybody. The only time information is shared would be with an affiliate partner who is a part of the dispute process.

A: You require all clients to maintain a monitoring service that offers a 3-bureau credit report. We prefer for our customers to Identity Guard. Which is a service that gives you access to all of your credit reports. You provide us with the login information during sign up and it will import your digital credits reports to our portal.

A: Yes, credit training is legal and our credit education and document processing services will help you to use the law in your favor to remove negative, inaccurate, and unverifiable items on your credit report.

A: Yes, thanks to the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The FCRA gives you the right to dispute any item on your credit report. If that item cannot be verified within a reasonable time (usually 30 days) it must be removed.

A: It only works if you are getting the best advice from an experienced professional. Additionally, you have to be willing to utilize the advice we offer you and the information provided through our credit education program.

A: If you have a credit score below 750 you can experience the long-term benefits from the credit advice and information provided to you during your credit restoration process.

A: We will guide you through the process from start to finish. We will prepare all your documents and mail them for you. We have elite dispute tactics and we are very knowledgeable about how credit works. Additionally, we have experience of working with creditors and credit bureaus. 

A: Through our credit repair services, 90% of our clients see their credit score increase 10 to 15 points or more in the first 30 to 45 days. However, the average credit score increase is 50 to 80 points over the full 120-day contract, and 100 points or more with our 6 to 12-month credit services.

A: Everyone’s credit profile is different. The age of the profile, accounts on the profile, and negative accounts that need attention. Unfortunately, there are times when the original creditors have done absolutely everything correctly and we may not have a case against them. But this will not stop us from challenging them!

A: Yes, We can challenge as many as you want at a single time. We do have a dispute process to increase the chances of removal with the first dispute letter sent.

A: Unlike, other companies. Our contract requires all clients to remain in the program for at least four months. While it is necessary for some to stay in our credit repair program for six to even 12 months to effectively increase their score.

A: The one-time enrollment fee of $199.99 is due upon sign-up. Your first month’s service fee will be invoiced after we have prepared and sent your initial dispute to the credit bureaus.

A: Yes, we require all credit repair service clients to sign a minimum of a 120-day contract. This contract is designed to provide a comprehensive and effective approach to credit repair, allowing us the necessary time to work on resolving issues within your credit files. The minimum 120-day commitment ensures a focused effort on improving your credit profile and allows us to deliver the best possible results.

A: If you decide to cancel our credit repair service, you have the right to do so by providing a 30-day written notice. However, please note that we do not offer refunds for services already rendered. Additionally, the 120-day guarantee becomes void upon cancellation.
